By using this site or purchasing any products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as described below

For purposes of these terms and conditions the following terminology will be used
- "Bracknell Vapes" will be taken to mean the company Bracknell Vapes;
- "Goods" will be taken to mean any goods listed or purchased on this site;
- "Personal Information" will be taken to mean an individuals personal information such as address of residence;
- "Website" will be taken to mean any site in connection with Bracknell Vapes;
- "Conditions" will be taken to mean these terms and conditions set out below;
- "Purchased Goods" Goods purchased from this site up until delivery and payment;
- "Sold" An items classed as sold binds a purchase;
- "Legal Age" over the age of 18 years old.
- Your obligations under these terms
- To make any payments due under any purchased goods upon delivery.
- To Provide an accurate address for delivery of purchased goods.
- To use any product as per the manufacturers recommendations.
- To accept these terms and conditions until payment has been made.
- Once a purchase has been made and completed through this site it will be classed as sold.
- To not impersonate or pretend to be some other person(s)
- You agree to be of legal age to purchase any products
Our Obligations under these terms
- We will aim to deliver the same day an order is placed, if this is not possible or viable from number of orders placed that day we reserve the right to deliver on another day.
- Understock, in the rare occasion the product is not available after purchase we will notify you via email with some alternatives or to cancel the sale.
- Items listed are to the best of our knowledge correct at time of publication, we cannot be held responsible for any errors made, any orders can be cancelled on delivery if the product is not what was listed for sale or we made a mistake.
- We cannot guarantee stock of products or future stock for re-orders.
- To protect any data held by use in accordance to applicable privacy laws and data protection.
Prices and Payment for products
- Bracknell Vapes will not be liable for any purchased products that have been priced incorrectly, we will always notify you in the event of this happening.
- You agree once you process any order online to commit to pay for the products ordered.
- Payment can be made by Cash or Credit/Debit card only upon delivery, we cannot accept online payments in any form.
- Any Credit/Debit card used to pay for goods you agree is yours to do so and you are legally allowed to use for payments.
- Goods only become the property of the purchaser once full payment is made and cleared. If any payment is reversed or charged back then the goods become the property of Bracknell Vapes and must be returned in the original condition and un opened.
Accuracy of Information
- Whilst we strive to provide information that is correct and factual Bracknell Vapes accepts not responsibility for inaccurate information published or posted in this site, this includes but not limited to Colours, designs and flavours
- We reserve the right to replace any colours at our descretion, you have the right to refuse upon delivery and cancel any sale and obligations under these terms.
Cancellations and returns
- Any E-Liquid delivered and paid cannot be returned for any reasons, due to hygiene reasons and safety.
- You have the right to cancel any orders placed before 5pm before it is delivered, if a cancellation is done at the time of delivery, the delivery charge may still be payable.
- Any New device purchased comes with a 1 year warranty, if the item needs to be returned after 30 days we reserve the right to check the device for damage and return to supplier before offering a replacement/refund. If the device is faulty due to user error we reserve the right to take no action.
- Coils, due to the nature of a coil we do not offer any returns or exchanges on these items.
- If a refund is made to a card, this can take approx. 5 working days to show in your account, this is due to processing times of our payment provider. We do not offer cash refunds for card payments and vice versa.
- Your statutory rights are not effected.
- Customers ordering from a distance have certain rights under the distance selling regulations 2000.
- You have 30 days in which to return an item for a full refund/replacement providin ghte device is unused and in its original wrapper.
- We aim to deliver the same evening an order is placed sometimes this cannot be achieved, if this is the case we will notify you and arrange another day. You have the right to cancel under these circumstances.
- You agree to treat any of our delviery people with respect, any form of abuse, racism or any other form of harrasment will be reported to the police and we always press charges.
- We cannot be held reposible for any delays caused by but not limited to Weather, road conditions, illness and overtime. You will have the right cancel in these circumstances.
- Bracknell Vapes will not be held liable for any damage caused by any product purchased from this site, nor our suppliers. This includes faults, miss-use and any other problem that may arise, including Fire, death injury, damage to property or any other damage.
- Advice given is to be deemed as advice only, if you follow any advice and damage or Injury is caused Bracknell Vapes will not be held liable.
- Bracknell Vapes cannot be held liable for pricing errors, If an Item(s) are priced incorrectly we reserve the right to terminate the sale and offer at the correct price. Bracknell Vapes will not be required to complete any sales at the incorrect price at time of sale or order
Your data is held in accordance with all data and privacy laws governed in the UK

Please allow up to 28days for a response to your complaint.
